The science is done. Now we need someone to go and sell it.

We have a validated dipstick, published science, and a continent of people who currently get no test at all. What we don’t have yet is the person who turns that into shipped volume.

• Own the commercial path: ministries of health, NGOs, procurement programmes and clinic networks.

• Run the first paid pilots end to end, and turn what we learn into the next version of the product.

• Build the distribution model that gets a sub-dollar test to the last mile — and keeps it there.
